With her passion and curiosity, and three decades of experience in the design industry, she is ready to create and curate your next space. Her extensive international portfolio has taken her worldwide, with a wide range of distinct design style from edgy, to contemporary, to culturally inspired, to themed design. Whether it is a large scale mega resort or private residence, her unstoppable energy, her sharp eye for detail, her enthusiasm for design, her ability to build teams and synergy, she will interpret the requirements of both the client and the operator to create a holistic and integrated design that responds to the specific needs of the target customer.

LIZA KOEDA
PRINCIPAL+FOUNDER
Having both backgrounds in architecture and interior design, and almost two decades of international experience in hospitality design, it has given her the opportunity to expand her design skills and challenged her to stay creative from designing experiential residential to hospitality and commercial properties. Her passion in art combined with talent in design has pushed her to reach far beyond her own parameters to stay creative. Every space has its own design story and dedicated designers listen. For her, the true reward of being a successful designer is the realization of the design itself as the result of the design process with its time investment.
